It doesn't actually matter if Chuck Schumer votes for this or not.

If he can't keep his caucus unified to protect healthcare for over 10 million Americans, he should resign as leader.

The original Dem demands were:
1) Permanent ACA subsidies
2) Medicaid funding restored
3) No more blank checks for the regime (rescission)

They dropped Medicaid immediately. Went silent on rescission. Cut back to 1 year of subsidies on Friday. And surrendered today.

Also, and not for nothing, they depend on the rule of law, too.
Every business day, big capitalist institutions depend on having access to unbiased economic statistics. It's time for them to step up and help protect the B.L.S. and other statistical agencies from Trump's encroachments.

Big Business and Wall Street Need to Stand Up for Honest Data
In nominating an inexperienced MAGA partisan for commissioner of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Donald Trump is chipping away at an essential foundation of the American economy.

The time is long overdue for Congress to stop funding Israel’s illegal and horrific war against the Palestinian people.

The U.S. must not support a government which is starving children.

Tomorrow, I will force votes in the Senate to block the sale of weapons to Netanyahu.

Oh great, another lunatic Trump judicial nominee with that Look. You know what I mean.

Lest you think he only *looks* evil, LaCour quietly orchestrated Alabama's baffling decision to outright defy SCOTUS's "suprise" racial gerrymandering decision in 2023 🔗👇

Trump picks five new judicial nominees in Alabama, Mississippi
U.S. President Donald Trump without any formal announcement has decided to nominate five new judges to serve on federal trial courts in Alabama and Mississippi as he moves to install a new batch of conservative jurists in two Republican-led states.
