My cats are looking at me like I’ve given them Oasis’ fifth album to them for dinner. I’m avoiding eye contact.

Off you go British Labour Party. You’ve had your moments. Most of them by 1951.
It’s not the time for great uncle Jeremy and his train wreck for which even known purveyors of balance the SWP are calling for calm. Its looking like @zackpolanski.bsky.social and @greenparty.org.uk are the future

Labour policy is being celebrated by Tommy Robinson.

That's it.

That's all you ever need to say to explain who Labour are.

Baiting racists on Facebook comments is a thankless task but sometimes when you have a spare 3 minutes it doesn’t take very long and it can feel righteous.

I think it’s unlikely my mind will change from the conclusion that this years best new album has been @theatreroyal.bsky.social “a change of weather” I’ve rinsed it. Still having it.

Bob Dylan’s “blood on the tracks” on the turntable. Rinsed it on cd late 90s early 00s not heard it end to end since. It sounds like a howl of pain to these more seasoned ears.

The fact that the BBC has made serious culpable errors does not negate the point that there is a real and concerted right-wing media campaign to destroy it. Both points can be true at the same time and the campaign would not end even if the errors did.

The BBC has platformed Farage endlessly and the grubby saloon bar fascist wants to call out bias. If Ed Davey was complaining I’d give that man a hearing

Got a weeks annual leave so you can put that Sunday evening last of the summer wine theme tune melancholia on a skip with Nigel Farage, parking apps and men who know their sport.

The Lightning Seeds are a treasure trove of melodic pop music with at times heartbreaking lyrics. Sheer class. They deserve more love. And Tilt is an overlooked classic @lightningseeds.bsky.social

The Spectator (owned by GBNews owner Paul Marshall - estimated wealth of £800 million) doesn’t like taxing wealth fairly.

I wonder how they got to this editorial decision?

Let’s tax wealth fairly, fund front line services & make hope normal again.
