During my last round of PT for a running injury I discovered the benefits of a good playlist to encourage a higher cadence than I was running at. My current go to list is music.apple.com/us/playlist/.... It’s not perfect though. What songs would you add?

One of the things in life that gives me energy and makes me happy is discovering new (at least to me) music. It’s so amazing how many talented artists there are out there. A new favorite right now is Ecca Vandal. Great voice, energy and mind worm tunes.
