Making snails is so much more difficult than I thought it’d be 🐌

It’s definitely upsetting, but I understand that it’s for the best sometimes especially when you have to consider their quality of life in that moment. Had to make that hard decision a couple of times with my dogs the last few years 😞 I tried to do what I can, thank you!

I’ll definitely hold some guilt because he spent his final days at an unfamiliar place and was probably so confused and stressed out, but he would’ve suffered even more if I did nothing and left him in the streets to fend for himself. It’s so sad ugh

Unfortunately I received an email letting me know that he was humanely euthanized. He had a lot of other health issues that were severe and they believed it was best to end his pain and suffering 😞

I was able to catch him in the carrier this morning! After trying to call several organizations to get some guidance and no one answering their phones, I brought him to my local animal care center. I hope he’s treated with compassion and kindness and that I did the right thing for him…

I tried to trap an injured stay cat in my neighborhood this morning and it was a total fail…he got away because I forgot to close to top part of the carrier entirely and he slipped out because of my mistake 😫

I’ve made some seal chopstick rests to go with the little dishes 🦭
