I think that trans people should aggressively adopt the phrase "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" until it is literally ours forever and the cis can have it back on a provisional basis.

I want it known I am not a legal or constitutional scholar, I am just a girl taking 1(one(☝️)) legal class and a lifetime of civics understanding from having 2(two(✌️)) Poli-sci majors for parents that met in Law school 1(one(☝️)) of which graduated and is an practicing lawyer.

BUT, here is the thing, chattel slavery is legal in the United States as punishment for a crime.
That was never
AND The US constitution still holds sway. It's all skewed wrong, and the Supreme Court should basically be held to task as treasoners to the Union.

In a way, but the problem for the fed that this sets up that I'm not 100% sure they understood:
This allows California, New York, and ANY other giver state(state the gives more in taxes) the ability to withhold taxes as a protest and completely freeze the federal government.
