Attn Pennsylvania voters: A massive wave of texts is being sent from random numbers telling Democrats and Independents to vote “No” on the Supreme Court retention questions. These messages are fake and misleading, part of a coordinated disinformation push.

If nothing else, the last nine months should have made it clear that elections matter. But what’s remarkable about America is that we have the power, as citizens, to change this country by voting. Go to IWillVote.com.

Oh, look. Another right-wing billionaire. 🙄
The biggest choice on today's ballots in PA is whether to retain 3 Democratic supreme court justices. The push to remake the court has been driven by billionaire Jeff Yass.

In 2022, @propublica.org detailed how Yass had avoided paying $1B in taxes and funneled that money to right-wing causes:

Susquehanna founder and TikTok investor Jeff Yass has avoided $1 billion in taxes while largely escaping public scrutiny. He’s now pouring his money into campaigns to cut taxes and support election de...

And so begins the election interference.
Messing with New Jersey folks is a whole new level of dumb.
If you're in #NJ & your voting opportunity has been paused, use the time to grab a friend and come back in greater numbers.
🖕 to those trying to monkey around with our electoral process.
What a surprise! Of course, this is happening in areas that are overwhelmingly Democrats. Don’t let the MAGA scum keep you from voting. newjersey.news12.com/bomb-threats...
OK, settle down woman.

Does that really sound better to you?

I'm done here, BTW. Feel free to keep pegging your blood pressure to the max, but I'm going down for breakfast and won't be responding to a crazy lady anymore. You're right, some people DON'T deserve respect...regardless of gender.

It’s Election Day! Millions of us have a chance to elect leaders (lawmakers, judges, school boards, and more) who are vital to defending and rebuilding democracy. Please make a plan to vote if you haven’t already.

And ignore the hot takes — our one goal is to electorally crush the Trump regime. 🧵

Jesus Christ! Please tell me you're not actually in charge of teaching anyone anything. Not with that attitude.

Mirror moment: YOU are the lib maga wants to "own".

Fuck sake, lady. Calm down.

I, too, would like to see the chart. Does a 6" have more or less range than a 12"? What can we expect from flatbread?
It's not in this article but the government asserts that the sandwich was thrown at "point blank range", which implies subway sandwiches have defined effective weapon ranges of varying lethality, and I would like to see the government's chart of these ranges.

Understood. My comment was in response to these two items in the title and subtitle:

"But experts aren’t even sure groupthink is a real phenomenon:"
"Are we too quick to agree on the dangers of consensus?"

It was not a commentary on the important of scientific rigor.
No, ma'am, the patriarchy did not play into my response.

Your first and last sentences answer the second.

Always follow the money and know the author's agenda. All three on your list are funded by authoritarian governments.

Good luck today! I'm not a New Yorker, but I'll be watching with bated breath, hoping you win! 🇺🇸
Without reading the article, my uninformed two cents: One only has to look at MAGA to know that groupthink is real and very, very dangerous.
I love that they put a cap on it rather than leaving it open-ended. Definitely clarifies their intention and dissolves any concerns about power grabs.
