It’s been a month since my surgery, so I can exercise now, ergo I went for a short, gentle ”run”.
On Friday I went down ten floors of stairs and had “agujetas” (stiffness) for two days (so weakened 😭).
Today I went down again, ran and managed 7 floors up… 😅
Doesn’t matter.
I will recover 💪🏻💪🏻
