Daniel Craig is great as always as the musical theatre loving Benoit Blanc. He sits in the backseat & gives Josh O’Connor a change to shine

Last night‘s viewing was another amazing film in what l called in a recent Substack post, the ‘lost decade’ of West German film - the early 1950s to the early 1960s. Bernhard Wicki’s DIE BRÜCKE (THE BRIDGE), 1959 is an anti war war film that really packs a punch

One of the great things about the last season of #StrangerThings, is that The Duffer Brothers & others involved in the show were able to get Frank Darabont out of retirement to direct some episodes. As someone who loves his work, particularly The Mist, this makes me very happy.
