I spoke to Stephanie Akin and @pluribusnews.bsky.social about my bill to stop social media companies from targeting kids with algorithms or ads that could cause eating disorders.
I loved having the opportunity to meet the RIPPAC students in the State House yesterday! It was a truly inspiring group and I left so impressed. This isn't the last time I'll be seeing these Rowan students around Trenton!
I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to talk to some Seneca students today. The future is bright!
A few days left in my coat & winter items drive! If you're able, please consider dropping off items at my district office at 100 High St., Suite 101 in Mount Holly.
I had a great conversation with Michael Kidd-Gilchrist about his amazing work to require health insurance and Medicaid to cover stuttering treatment. He already helped pass this in Pennsylvania and Kentucky. I’m ready to do my part to make sure his home state of New Jersey is next!
I have two teenage daughters and a teenage son, and I was also a teen girl at one point in my life. I know that what they see and what they’re consuming on social media has a very large impact on their emotional and their mental health in a lot of ways, including their body image.

It’s actually absurd that no one in the state or federal government can tell us what is happening with these drones. I’m disturbed and I know a lot of my constituents feel the same way. We need answers. Now.

Northern Burlington’s Agricultural & Technology & Mechanical Systems team won first place in the FFA state convention and a Bronze Emblem in nationals! Matthew Konowicz was singled out at nationals for an Honorary Degree recipient. So proud of them!
Today, I introduced AJR-207, which would begin the process of convening a constitutional convention to enshrine abortion and IVF access into the United States Constitution. This is the time for state legislators to act proactively. If you support it, please sign my petition here: chng.it/Z2RddKQz75

Hainesport got amazing news today! Greenpower Motor Company announced they chose Wolfington Body Company as their exclusive dealer for electric school buses in NJ, PA, and DE. This will improve our local economy while ensuring we all have cleaner air to breathe.
wow, thank you spotify
A huge thank you to OTC Services in Burlington for showing me around their facility today! They offer great opportunities for people living with disabilities and it was wonderful to see their operation up close.
I just toured Bestwork for the Blind and I’m in awe. They are providing great opportunities for the visually impaired as they create goods and services for the military, government, and countless major companies.
Supporting local businesses is always in season! I'm wishing everyone a great Small Business Saturday!
Happy Thanksgiving!! I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve Burlington & Atlantic counties! hope everyone has a wonderful and restful day.
The closure of newspapers is a huge loss for many reasons — the upcoming public notice crisis is just one of them. I have a bill with Assemblywoman Carol Murphy to allow local papers like the Pine Barrens Tribune to advertise public notices. This would help smaller papers to survive, too.
In celebration of American Education Week, I spent the day at Chatsworth Elementary School! I read a book about helping in our communities, talked about what I learned in school and how I continue to learn, and my duties as an Assemblywoman. I’m so thankful for the opportunity!
My office will continue to monitor it with the Department of Health. Cases like this are exactly why one of the first bills I introduced would mandate that long-term care facilities have a
n advocate in the building. NJ must proactively protect our seniors.
I was horrified to learn about the Medford Care Center’s unacceptable living conditions. No one should have to live like that or worry a loved one is in a situation like it. It’s made even worse by the long delay before action was taken by the state.

The Medford Care Center's 93 residents are in 'immediate jeopardy,' health inspectors say.
