Today, the first Libyan suspect was surrendered to the ICC since the court opened investigations into war crimes and crimes against humanity in Libya in 2011.

Khaled "El Bouti" El Hishri was arrested in Germany in July and finally surrendered to the ICC today.

#Tunisia: Harsh sentences were issued in the notorious "conspiracy case" following sessions marred by serious violations. While some defendants were acquitted, other sentences included 45 years in prison.

👉 Tunisian authorities should revert these unjust sentences & release all political detainees.

Ultimately, Mr. Netanyahu got almost everything he could have hoped from Mr. Trump’s proposal — a demand that Hamas release the hostages immediately and lay down its weapons, without which Israel would have carte blanche to keep pummeling Gaza.
