Regarding the journalistic fraud that defines the @denverpost.com under Alden Global Capital, why should I personally have standing to bring a Colorado Consumer Protection Act claim? dembot.net/ccpa-2025cv11/
It’s interesting to watch how Trump sometimes sets aside the law to prosecute people who attempt to hold him accountable the way TV influencer Kyle Clark sometimes sets aside journalism to attack people who attempt to hold him accountable. They shouldn’t do that even once. #coleg #copolitics

This is a photo of an incredibly efficient commuter train I rode near Pompeii yesterday called a funicular. It has two cars connected by a single cable. When the car at the top begins to descend the mountain, it acts as a counterweight and pulls the other car up. 1/

In my lawsuit against Alden Global, not only do Heath Freeman & Randall Smith lie in court with the use of estoppel, their ruthless lawyers Steven Zansberg & Mike Beylkin don’t care about the truth & believe that the truth doesn’t matter. Stay away from Alden’s newspapers, they are evil to people.

Vince Bzdek, an editor at the Denver Gazette, a far-right political outlet that operates without even a basic ethics policy, is not a journalistic fraud in the same serious way as his reporter Christopher Osher, because Bzdek does not meaningfully claim to uphold legitimate journalistic principles.

Alden Global's Denver Post is still not paying rent to the city. Now Denver has taken action under a contractual clause that allows them to collect all rent from any tenants in the building. DP continues to operate, why? It's past time to stop, their terms of service are no longer upheld either.
