After others wrote off Boulder Weekly, presenting a story of factual demise and has-been, @boulderweekly.bsky.social is expected to live on. Via boulderweekly.com/content-arch... #Boulder

This real-world example below resonates with me because it shows a clear line of integrity that I think should & CAN be followed. Journalists who continue to work for companies like Alden are complicit to the perception because they are complicit to the deception: www.usatoday.com/story/money/...

This is a photo of an incredibly efficient commuter train I rode near Pompeii yesterday called a funicular. It has two cars connected by a single cable. When the car at the top begins to descend the mountain, it acts as a counterweight and pulls the other car up. 1/

Regarding the journalistic fraud that defines the @denverpost.com under Alden Global Capital, why should I personally have standing to bring a Colorado Consumer Protection Act claim? dembot.net/ccpa-2025cv11/

Denver Post lawyers (Zansberg and Beylkin are Denver Post lawyers) contradicted The Denver Post’s pretending that it was just an oversight by explaining that the Denver Post just wants to get out of the lease. This is why they stopped paying. They just don’t want to pay anymore.

Meanwhile, The Denver Post is no longer paying rent but their business is still operating. They owe millions to The People because they refuse to pay the government for their rent in Denver, contributing to the government in Colorado being unable to fund initiatives.

Alden loyalist chief editor of The Denver Post, Lee Ann Colacioppo, wrote that she edited the series long ago w/Larry Ryckman of @coloradosun.com but Ryckman had already quit her for using similar deception before then. When I pointed that out & asked her to edit it now she clarified she never will.

In my lawsuit against Alden Global, not only do Heath Freeman & Randall Smith lie in court with the use of estoppel, their ruthless lawyers Steven Zansberg & Mike Beylkin don’t care about the truth & believe that the truth doesn’t matter. Stay away from Alden’s newspapers, they are evil to people.
