Repost every single ICE atrocity. Orange Shitler doesn’t want the truth to come out, ever. Also, every single person who comes in contact with ICE needs to talk to a lawyer and sue if possibe. Grind the entire system to a halt.

NEW: Almost immediately after Gov. Kehoe signed Trump’s gerrymander into law, Missouri voters filed a lawsuit to block it.

The plaintiffs say the Missouri GOP’s redraw is unconstitutional for splitting Kansas City and being enacted at Trump’s direct order.

Trump’s increasingly bizarre behavior can no longer be attributed to a calculated “strategy.”

Why isn’t the media reporting on Trump’s growing dementia?

Due to reasons, every time I see an image like this, I’m struck with a desire to hurl those gourds at a fence or a concrete wall. Unprocessed trauma, I guess.

The term ‘bitchless’ says a lot more than his height.

The similarities are shocking. No wonder Trump didn’t want Bolsonaro prosecuted, as they’re cut from the same cloth.

Calm down. Again, not making an argument, asking about the impacts. Just because one way has a desirable impact doesn’t always mean it’s the only way. Did you read or understand my previous reply? Or just react based on your desire to fight?

The answer I was looking for, thanks! I drove there a couple times. Many years ago. Truly a nightmare.

I’m not arguing the system. I’m simply wondering what the impact is. Just being curious. You assume too much when you say ‘people like you.’ I’m definitely for increasing safety. But it seems like the way they’re doing it is by restricting access unless you can afford it. Isn’t there another way?

I live in Tacoma, so this isn’t an issue that’s been on my radar. One question it brings to mind is how it affects businesses that rely on people coming to them. If you reduce customers by financially restricting means of travel, is there a tangible impact? I’m in favor of less congestion. Thoughts?

Yes, but I’m in no way certain that will have the effect that he thinks it will. It’s still based on his notion that everyone hates undocumented aliens. It must be hard to be him. Fuck, I wish he’d give himself (and us) a break from it.

Has anyone heard the term/saying/colloquialism ‘had the berries’ as meaning someone or something is dead or busted beyond repair? I hear it used by folks of my parents’ age during my childhood, especially by my father. I don’t recall anyone ever expressing confusion to him as to what it meant. Hmm?

We were very happy to give this scoop to @marisakabas.bsky.social's The Handbasket because it is important to support independent journalists who are doing the hard work at this time. Giving this story to Marisa also guarantees it will be in The Washington Post verbatim exactly 48 hours later.
EXCLUSIVE — The Onion has a full-page ad in today’s NYT featuring part of an editorial calling out congressional fecklessness towards Trump. They also sent a copy of their latest issue to every lawmaker.

My report, with an excerpt from the full editorial: www.thehandbasket.co/p/exclusive-...
