My thyroid medication is seriously out of whack again. As bad as it's been in decades. My doctors don't listen to me, of course, so I had to initiate blood work to prove it and now wait for a response.
I've lived with no thyroid for half my life. I wish the fucking docs would listen.

I ran 25 minutes today for the first time ever. I'm pretty sure. I use running loosely as I am VERY slow. Mostly on purpose as I'm building stamina, not speed, right now.
Anyway, I'm now in pain from that and from lifting heavy things yesterday at the gym.
Time for some THC relief.
