This is just theater for MAGA. If Trump REALLY wanted the Epstein Files released, he doesn't need Congress. He could just call Pam Bondi and order her to release them. He hasn't. And won't. He and Pam have cooked up a new "ongoing investigation" that she can use as an excuse not to release evidence.

Supreme Court Justice Kentanji Brown-Jackson just saved the SNAP case from being heard by the entire court, which could drag it out for months. This way the fight can play out in the lower courts & be resolved faster. Please don't mischaracterize this order.
