Labor agreements are between workers and employers collectively - not any one President.

If the President disagrees with the terms of the contract, he is welcome to raise his concerns during the next set of negotiations.

Tom Vilsack is an honorary member of AFSCME, and as a state employee, I've always felt a unique connection to him. His contributions to Iowa are many. He worked across the aisle and left a legacy that revitalized many communities like Storm Lake.

if someone says "I keep experiencing this microaggression and it makes me want to not participate" the correct response is "thank you for trusting me enough to share that, I'll try to do better and also work to get others to do better" not "you need to speak up and educate us"
