I googled "Scanpan", and it appears they use PFAS to create their proprietary nonstick coating.🤔 Bummer, since that's what we're trying to get away from.

Our household long ago stopped using non-stick pans for everything...except eggs. At least, sadly, *I* still use a non-stick pan for eggs. Despite repeated rounds of practice and coaching, I still can't cook eggs on steel or iron without lots of sticking. Any foolproof tips? 🙏
