I can see how this may definitely be an issue for some users. Personally, I have an android and live caption has not failed me yet. This isn't just a little feature that they put in the back of the device. This is a major accessibility feature I use daily. It's trained and highly functional.

Use the live caption features in your phone's accessibility settings. If captions are something you need, this is what you could be using over individual application settings anyways.

Educational note for your morning feed; the rapture is not a concept from the bible. This idea is commonly attributed to John Nelson Darby, a non-conforming 19th-century theologian. He set the framework for current day conservative evangelical Christianity. These ideals are radical and dangerous.

With the impending TikTok control by the government, I really wish Skylight social was an effective switch. Bluesky successfully replaced twitter and threads for me but Skylight just isn't the same as TikTok. 小红书 doesn't have the same algorithm either but it's at least closer?
