Today, on #WorldMentalHealthDay, I’m reminded of Jesus’ call to come and find rest in him. May we be reminded to walk alongside one another in love. Let us be communities where no one feels alone in their struggles, and where all are encouraged to seek help when needed.

Today I am in Blackburn Diocese, part of my Lord’s Prayer Tour across the North of England. Look forward to visiting several schools, Whalley Abbey, and culminating at Blackburn Cathedral for an evening of exploring The Lord's Prayer.

Almighty and everlasting God,

the spirit of your saving grace,
and that they may truly please you,
pour upon them the continual dew of your blessing.
