Not gonna name any names but I went to grab something to eat with another speedrunner here at SGDQ and they said to me "Wow, you eat really fast." I could not help but be taken aback.

Yeah, I eat fast. This speedrun stuff may just be a hobby for you. But for me it's a lifestyle.

For this Art train, I want to cherish that I've been drawing again for around a year now (sadly a little less time at the moment, but we'll get there!)

today we give thanks to Gabumon, who long ago digi-died for our digi-sins 🙏

a screenshot from episode 38 of the Digimon Adventure anime reboot that came out in 2020.

it shows the character Gabumon being crucified. this is after he is kidnapped by Mephistomon, a fallen angel digimon, & then ritualistically sacrificed to try and resurrect an ancient evil god digimon named Milleniumon.

this was in the cartoon. they showed this to children.

Entry on the pricuricu by Walter D. Wyman [1979] - "Pricuricu (Pronounced "Pre-koo-re-koo") Bird or insect (Latin: Ornis Cynophilus) The Pricuricu is a small bird or a large insect that flies only at night and can be seen or heard only by dogs. It is this creature that makes dogs bark. Since it is invisible, humans find it hard to understand just why dogs bark at night. Apparently, the Pricuricu sets in motion vibrations that either cause pain to the dogs' ear drums or else it gives off a peculiar scent that can be detected even by a jaded house dog turned out before bedtime. Since dogs do bark at night and all things must have a cause the Pricuricu Bird or Insect seems to be a reasonable explanation.

Among the Rumanian-Americans, the Pricuricu is believed to nest in their settlements then wing their way thousands of miles each night causing dogs around the world to bark. Whether it is the Pricuricu or a herd of mythical reindeer that makes dogs bark on December 24 is an open question not yet resolved by the scientists. The Pricuricu offers reasonable explanation for why dogs bark at night. No doubt many people do not give it a name but just say, "that darn dog is barking again tonight."

After coming back to drawing I thought I needed a little new project, so I started trying to create my own little #Paradox versions of #Hoenn #Pokémon. - Drawing my favorite #Pokemon Flygon really got me in the right mood.
