Artist's Note: hee hoo doodle of an hour, wanted to continue the Phayze drawing like I had suggested I would, but whoops! Didn't have the model on hand, and I wanna make those big pictures with a constant ref handy at all times, so I went with just kinda letting my hand draw something else in the meantime. Made Vortex, made the context later.

Drifblim and Drifloon, soaring across Unovan skies... where might the winds take 'em?

Drifloon and Drifblim share a spot in the vast sunset sky, blown up to sizes a little larger than normal. Drifloon appears to struggle with their newfound size, its stringy arms vibrating. Drifblim merely looks on at their friend, mesmerized, uncaring of their own predicament. In the background, two of Castelia City's tallest breaches the clouds, spotlights illuminating the night. A plane, barely visible, flies past. Artist's Note: Assuming I forget to share it... this is a redraw! Specifically of a piece from all the way back in the practically foreign world of 2017. Someone gave it a favorite in my FA gallery, and I figured it'd be a decent thing to give a spit-n-shine. They're just two spheres, how hard could it be? Turns out, yeah, pretty casual, at least for an efforted AreoAnts piece. Still took two sessions, but only because I was quite exhausted when I started this piece. The most difficult part was simply deciding what time of day I'd draw these funny balloons at. One "city sunset" later, and there you go. Probably could have given Castelia more buildings to greeble up the background, but uuuuhhhhhhh shush Final time: 4h37m

Get a guitar or some drums, or a trumpet. Pick up a brush, a pencil, some clay or a welder.

Just make shit. It doesn't have to be good (eventually it will be) just make music, art or write or whatever.

It's literally never been more important.
