I've tried VERSIONS of it, without being guided, but it's never lasted as a mindset because it's so easy to talk myself into exceptions and such. My hope is that my deeply normal and totally achievable desire to get a good grade in therapy will help me take it more to heart in practice

Actually that kinda rules.
Roll Willpower or Constitution. Regular fail is just 1d4 as you perceive infinity. On a fumble you're obsessed with all of the infinite yous in the mirror and the 1d100 SAN is because the result is as many alternate realities of yourself that aren't making eye contact
