Double-checked the law on the penny phase-out: We are in a "wild west." The federal bill to standardize rounding FAILED. 🚨 This means stores rounding UP are likely violating Arkansas Code § 4-18-316 by charging more than the advertised shelf price.

As an Arkansan, I can tell you the good Ole boy cops would kill them on the open water, then circle their own boats around like bonfire and start hashing out boastful stories as one of them works on fabricating the official narrative.
BERMAN: Would it be legal for police in Arkansas to kill suspected drug dealers on a boat in a lake?

TOM COTTON: The premise of your question is not well-founded

BERMAN: The answer is no. It would not be legal to kill them.

Why would one need to prepare for such a threat unless one was expecting mass violence and if so, where is the threat originating and who is the target?

Yet, I suppose LA, Chicago, Washington D.C. can provide some wonderful clues as to what is coming.

Every part of Arkansas does indeed have that one place we send the out of towners to, well the one that don't insult our intelligence that is.

So, what is that place in your neck of the woods?

In Russellville it's Feltner's Whatta-Burger and down the highway in Conway it's Stoby's.

Great pick by Gov. Sarah Huckabee-Sanders naming Morrilton "Capitol for the Day."

Every capitol needs potholes of character, shuttered downtown dreams, & a Waffle House diplomacy zone.

A symbolic seat of power that truly says Arkansas economy in session.

All kiding aside NAFTA killed Morrilton.
