I think there is a big problem with the "Defund the police" label. What most supporters of "Defund the police" actually want is police reform. I think the label needs to change, otherwise there will be a lot of misunderstandings and cause divide.

Agree 100%, this is the only way to bring real reform in a timely manner. If the 1% wants to keep screwing the middle-class, refusing labor will bring them to the negotiation table. I believe one month will change things. What will they do? Send in tanks like China in 1989? The economy will tank...

I remember Bernie supported him for Chicago's Mayor, but he later lost a lot of popularity, but the man has fire in him. If he is able to get Chicago to start a General Strike, it could spark something big throughout the country.

Not enough, for a country with a population of 340 million, 7 million showing up is sorry to say quite pathetic. I want to see 50 million show up to protest. It is criminal that an actual criminal ruling over a country and people are too lazy to do their part.

Hmm, I'm not sure either. If living underground is like living in our MRT stations with lots of food vendors on the top underground levels, that would not be that bad. But in an apocalyptic world, there won;t be food left so the type of bunkers would be like a tunnel with dry food. That sucks!

Being Taiwanese, it is easier for me to see from the outside how extreme the US has become. When Universal healthcare is labeled as far-left instead of accepting it as a centrist issue that is beneficial to everyone regardless of Political views... something needs to change.

I'm not too well informed about Churchill (due to age and the US not being my place of birth), but I will read more about it in my spare time. In my lifetime as a millennial, I was inspired by Bernie Sanders and believe his ideals are the very definition of normal and sane.

I still believe the majority of billionaires (probably 95%) are extremely mentally ill. I cannot imagine living in a bunker as a good standard of living. Even their own lives would be better off on the surface of Earth with clean air and water.

This is the one rare instance you are inaccurate in messaging. TikTok was never any better before, the propaganda was just directed on different issues. This platform was bad for Independent media since it was never a truly free platform. It was bad before and it is bad now.

TikTok was never good, they were born with censorship in mind. It was just the original censorship was directed in different Political issues. It was dead on arrival and was always bad for society. The sooner it dies the better it is for real independent media.

If you look at PRC's Hong Kong, it will be a live photo of the hustle to survive propaganda. On one side is are shiny and clean high-rise buildings. On the other side they never talk about or refuse to film since their media are all State owned are torn down unsafe structures where hobos live.
