For so many white people, especially cis white men, "redemption" means even being a repeated sexual predator for public office *cough Andrew Cuomo cough*. Redemption for cis white men means being placed in positions of power not after reparative work, but after the passage of time.

i am extremely certain there are untold thousands of palestinian victims, of all genders and ages, who have been subjected to systematic mass rape by the occupying forces. untold and untellable numbers because of how many of the victims are now dead. we will never know the true number.
