Matzo balls, also known as kneidlach, are similar to the german bread knödel. Prepared by mixing matzo meal, eggs, oil, s&p, formed into balls & dropped into a boiling pot chicken stock.

Nothing is as comforting as steaming bowl of MBsoup!

8:30am Sunday morning -start time for Passover dinner prep. Brisket went in the oven 10:30am for some low n'slow magic. Took it out at 7pm, fork-tender perfection!

I love making birria... I start by braising beef ribs, then sautéing veg, frying a 3 chile adobo, deglazing with cerveza, adding a ton of herbs & spices, simmering the meat low & slow for several hours until it falls off the bone!
