I definitely do not recommend playing on hard mode on your first playthrough.

I'm honestly enjoying the game for the most part, but the combat is the worst thing about it.

It wouldn't be as bad if you could avoid most of it, but there's a lot of forced fights that you can't avoid.

So I think for future playthroughs of Silent Hill f, I'll play on story mode. I'm currently playing on hard mode and the combat is making this playthrough a complete slog.

Also, apparently story mode is the intended difficulty? They chose weird names for the difficulty settings.

A lot of people can't justify spending $1,000 or more on just a headset that still requires additional hardware to even use.

I find most PCVR hardware releases disappointing because instead of companies targeting budget and midrange pricing, they keep releasing headsets that cost more on their own than a full Valve Index kit did.

Actually no, this was mostly about seeing it on Twitch and Discord.

I haven't seen it much on VRChat, thankfully. That's mostly because I primarily stick with friends, though.

I'm only a couple hours into the game so far, but I'm definitely enjoying Silent Hill f. The visuals and sound design are both really good.

I'm a little mixed on the combat, but I don't hate it.

I tried giving the new Lorna Shore album multiple listens, but I just can't seem to get into it. It's not as good as their previous album to me.

Also the production of the album seems oddly flat and lifeless. Like no dynamics.

After finally playing through both Half-Life 1 and 2, I can definitely see why so many people love the series. I'm not a huge FPS guy, but I really like the story and setting of the series.

It's unfortunate that the story doesn't have a proper conclusion, though.

Streaming is just a hobby for me and while I'm definitely happy to get more viewers, if some people will only watch me if I do things I don't want to, then I'm not the steamer for them.

I'm okay with people making suggestions for my stream, but please don't follow up by saying "it'll get you more viewers."

Intentional or not, it feels like you're saying my stream isn't good enough unless I play a specific game, do a specific thing, or use specific assets.
