We’re about to enter our LAST WEEK of our livestream fundraising experiment.

I wanted to prove that campaign fundraising can be fun and transparent instead of being reliant on rich people.

ICYMI, here’s how it’s been going:

I was in charge of fundraising for a city council campaign in KC during the last election in 2023. Seeing that @katmabu.bsky.social raised over $8k in a two hour stream as an alternative to “call time” is a type of jealousy I can’t even explain. Very cool
