Five years disabled w/ #LongCovid has turned me into a research machine as well as a guinea pig as I trial things that might help. Just over my latest flare, 16 days. Profound exhaustion is worst symptom. Stopped all supplements & am restarting one at a time, 3 mos. at a time, to test each.
