Let me get this straight: Link, a Black user, got banned for calling out the Bluesky CEO for following a racist. That’s not a good look, especially given Bluesky’s historical treatment of Black users here on bluesky.

discord's new terms of service DO have a mandatory arbitration clause for the United States and Canada, you have 30 days to opt out by emailing an opt out notice to arbitration-opt-out@discord.com. this has been your standard "for the love of god do not waive your right to a jury trial under any circumstances" notice

I sent an email that was "I am opting out of the agreement to arbitrate for the account (username) as of (current date)", and i sent it from the email associated with that account.

We need a bigger national spotlight on this building raid, fam. Agents dropped from helicopters onto the roof. Citizens and non-citizens alike were dragged from their homes in the night. People who weren't kidnapped during the raid had their belongings seized after the fact. This is madness.

The level of the government’s response to a white supremacist influencer’s death becomes even more deplorable when you remember a sitting member of the House and her husband were assassinated months prior with none of the same level of “sympathy” received because they didn’t serve the agenda.
