The picture shows a graph of how long ME patients have to wait until the correct diagnosis. It ranges from 5.2 years in Ireland or the UK to 11.8 years in Croatia. Switzerland: 7.1 years. (Obviously they don’t sit around waiting for the diagnosis, but consult one doctor after another…)

Die Gegner der "Initiative für eine Zukunft" behaupten, mit der Erbschaftssteuer ab 50 Mio. werde eine unfaire Steuer für eine Minderheit eingeführt. Falsch. Für die Mittelklassen gibt es heute eine de facto Erbschaftssteuer. Die Pflegekosten für die Eltern. Nicht selten fressen diese das Erbe weg.

ehrlich, das fände ich gut. Ich würde gerne wieder mal SRF hören...
Ich muss aber sagen ich bin völlig ignorant darüber wieso genau gewechselt wurde auf DAB, was die technischen Gründe konkret waren. Aber ich höre Radio meist mit alten Radios,da geht nur UKW. Nur im Büro gibts manchmal Walts Welt :)

Die Schweizer Armee hat beim Betanken eines Notstromaggregats mehrere tausend Liter Diesel verloren – sie landeten in einem Bach.

Die Feuerwehr hat Ölsperren eingerichtet. Der Bach ist aber auf rund vier Kilometer Lange verschmutzt.

Dear President Obama,
I saw in your statement you said "Israeli families" & "the people of Gaza."
Palestinians have families, too.
This kind of language contributes to dehumanization. Dehumanization is part of what caused so many to stay silent as 20,000 children were killed in this genocide.
I've sat with wonderful Palestinian families from Gaza. They look at their children just like we look at ours - with all the love & hope in the world.

Das alles ist ein Schulbeispiel dafür, dass diese Art Autokratie nur funktioniert, weil alle mitmachen. Trump hat nicht annähernd die Machtmittel, die Hitler oder nur schon Pinochet hatten. Er hat bloss die Komplizenschaft eines ganzen Medien-Konzern-Justiz-Apparats, der es eigentlich besser weiss.

My Palestinian friend who is visiting me was so overjoyed at the ceasefire. Then learned that her friend in Gaza had died to the genocide and lack of healthcare. The family doesn't know where the children are. None of this is over until Israel can't harm a single Palestinian.
