I know I said this lovely Harbour track was the last song - but stick around for a bonkers 12 minute tune by Max Tundra next - his 'Until We Die' is refreshingly insane and, occasionally, stunningly catchy and harmonious.

I do like a song that fades away and comes back in again. I think we need to make sure sure that happens again on the next Assistant record. None of the tracks we've done so far do it. To fix!!

Am trying to hold off listening to the new Clémentine March LP 'til my vinyl copy lands, but have been unable to resist 5 songs & they're wonderful. This (playing now on #freshingredients) is the title track, 'Powder Keg'. Lots of diverse & thrilling sounds in store if you dig deeper into her stuff.

The video to the new Heavenly song is a total delight: come for the fizzy pop, stay for a moving parade of photos of old friends. 1st time I’ve played them on #freshingredients, somehow. I've found the chorus so sticky this week. "Excuse me, I thought you were someone else. They've been on my mind".
