I’m not saying transsexual women should roll over for cis women, far from it, and transphobia and TERF rhetoric needs to be eliminated from feminism like the fucking plague, but advocacy for transsexual women involves, imo anyway, asserting ourselves as women and not a separate class from women

I mean I guess I kinda get this, but like you can’t just determine one group of women deserves rights and autonomy and one doesn’t, and I see transfeminism rather as the next evolution of feminism as ultimately transsexual women's rights are women’s rights

I’m very aware (I’d hope so since I live in the UK right now), but those feminists are TERF's (reviled by most other feminists, and I’m not trying to “no true scotsman“ it, lots of different feminist movements are critical of each other) *working in collaboration with the far right*

You cannot support your fellow transsexual women without feminism. I'm not saying there aren’t problems within feminism (and if you talk to any of the transfeminists here you’ll hear a lot about them), but we are trans *because* we are WOMEN.

A lot of 4B supporters are transphobic but the concept is not inherently transphobic and regardless the existence of TERF's, as vile (and un-feminist imo) as they are, does not justify politicians wanting to literally reduce women to slaves for men

I know you were talking about cis lesbians specifically but it's understandable that that doesn’t sit well at all with transsexual women who are also lesbians

I agree that trans women are expected to be perfect allies, but I think the issue here is more saying that lesbians have some kind of privilege (especially over gay men) or are a bigger threat to trans women

Anyone who, y'know, thought about these things longer than Peter Thiel would come away with the understanding that the disparity of punishment stems from gay men being seen as "choosing men" and lesbians seen as "rejecting men". The women who live get to be free when they agree to be property again.

They’ve always been the least persecuted. Far more countries criminalise gay men than lesbians. Also in Iran, lesbians go to prison but gay men get stoned to death. Cis lesbians are the most privileged group and I’m sick of them acting like they’re not.
