Gf talking about old addresses and how moving is stressful and I remembered. When I was younger and first got DoD clearance I had to give 7 years of addresses with zero BS. I can’t remember more than one back, and I moved every year for longer than that (this is what it’s like to be poor FYI). 🧵

My 3.75 star review for Legacy of Kain: Fallen Brothers #1, Zephon. Tl;dr it’s very short (10 pages) and is mostly just a nice little bonus material for fans. I wouldn’t spend on it until maybe they finish the Fallen Brothers saga with Kain’s other lieutenants and hopefully make a compilation.

My 2 star review for Poison Ivy: Cycle of Life and Death. Tl;dr: meh. Also weird vibes like “man writes woman character badly,” except actually written by woman? Weird. Didn’t enjoy all that much. Good thing Poison Ivy 2022 and forward is MUCH better (this is older, 2016).
I can’t help but to think she’s right. Imagine the Epstein miasma was, say, a scandal about people getting together to torture puppies and kitties. Serious investigations would have taken down everyone involved in a heartbeat. But when women—no, GIRLS—are the victims, it’s politics first.
It's just women, being exploited & abused on an industrial scale; to many people, incl the male journalists who turned away, that's not "news" bc women aren't people with political agency & civil rights. Animal abuse would have gotten more attention, bc animals are considered more sympathetic.
