Finally: AI cannot do your job, but an AI salesman can 100% convince your boss to fire you and replace you with an AI that can't do your job, and when the bubble bursts, the money-hemorrhaging "foundation models" will be shut off and we'll lose the AI that can't do your job, and you will be long gone, retrained or retired or "discouraged" and out of the labor market, and no one will do your job.
AI is the asbestos we are shoveling into the walls of our society and our descendants will be digging it out for generations:

I love being a maximalist. All my dresses, plants and random weird things make me happy on a daily basis. Looking at interiors that are so full that your head might explode gives me joy.
But none of this applies WHEN I'M MOVING. OMG I HATE ALL OF THIS STUFF. WHY DO I HAVE SO MUCH????? 😭

Also seeing how the content moderation on here can't figure out the difference between a naked woman just existing and sexually titillating content I don't trust them to be able to make a difference between "harmful" and "educational" depictions of mental health topics.

Another WTF is that apparently you can only talk about your depression/suicidal thoughts/eating disorder if it's part of your "recovery". What if you have not recovered yet/not even close to that? Shut up and stop existing?

I get tired of repeating myself, but fictional depictions of crimes are not the same as the real crimes and don't mean you approve of those crimes.
Also WTF is this thing with "no depictions of dangerous stunts". Are action games/movies also too dangerous now?

There absolutely have been MASSIVE TOS updates

Most notably:

1) Specifying no FICTIONAL noncon
2) No "dangerous" kink
3) No DISCUSSING self harm, suicide, or substance abuse unless its "educational"

Bluesky is a wonderful place that has flourished in large part because of its artists and intolerance towards facists/Nazis. The Updated policy currently going into effect Oct 15 could fuck that up and we should be very vocal about it. Here are some specific things to mention in feedback (THREAD)

I really hope that I get back into blogging. Maybe I'm too blinded by nostalgia, but I still dream that blogs become more of a thing again with all the social media enshittification going on. And it feels nice to have your own "home" on the internet that a big corp can't just take away overnight.
