My office has received outreach from members of the Somali community after reports of home-based daycare providers being harassed and accused of fraud with little to no fact-checking.

Constitutional rights aren't optional. We’re joining 18 AGs to stop unlawful, race-based stops by Border Patrol. These raids harm farm operations and damage community trust. We’re fighting to keep the court’s injunction in place.

The proposed rule targeting healthcare for transgender and gender diverse people is cruel, and unnecessary. Under the law in WA, necessary healthcare for transgender people is lawful and legally protected. Proposed rules are not the law – nothing has changed in WA.
