Someone has sure already made this observation but the fact they can convert all those empty warehouses into prison camps means they could have converted them into housing, community centers, job training centers or, hell, libraries or schools all along. It’s always a matter of will not resources.

ICE continues to stop, harass, and detain people regardless of their citizenship status. Normal life in Minnesota has been interrupted, as schools have been forced to close or go virtual, as people live in fear of leaving their homes or going to work.

The reveal tossed in at the end, oh, surprise, they’ve been Queer all along!
That’s why I write stories where Queer people never have to wonder, “Is this character Queer?” They are. In my books, Queer is normal from the start.

This is not the time to stop creating. This is a time to take your money (your capital) and invest in communities you want to see. There's no exuse. Stop using your power (money) to feed a system that doesn't support you.
