"Judgment" is ridiculous spelling that isn't even true to the etymology. In my judgement, an "e" is necessary between the "g" and the "m"; otherwise, it's unpronounceable.

It annoys me that the punctuation marks I particularly like, semicolons and em-dashes, are now used as signs of AI slop. So I guess it's back to boring old full stops and commas. But you will have to pry my parentheses from my cold, dead typing fingers

The federal agency that I work with as a contractor did not acknowledge Martin Luther King, Jr Day this year, other than a brief mention of security gate scheduling due to "the federal holiday". That was it.
Always in past years that were inspirational messages from the leadership. Not this year.
