I feel like I'm going insane. I was just making a silly joke about someone's hat and I pictured an enemy in a game that looked like this, but couldn't find the game. It's some floating pig head thing, not a goomba. I swear it's in a zelda, Kirby or mario on the SNES, but I'm obviously wrong.

It's budget priced and worth the money, but holy fuck is this performance anxiety incarnate. You literally "predict the future" and practice the fight dozens of times, master it, perfect it. Then you do it "for real" and you choke, get killed and lose your whole run. I just can't, holy fuck rage.

I'm enjoying my play through of the Ace Combat games. But there's definitely moments the narrative takes me out if it. NPC in the 5th game, flying casually around some mountains, like a tour. Your squad mates, "I've never seen flying like that! Is he even human?!"
