Sometimes if I’m able to throw myself into an unrelated task full force it can help. I usually also try to turn off notifications for whatever is causing the anxiety (friends, work, email etc)

Self talk that includes telling myself that worrying is expending energy on something I cant control.

Squeezing my hands closed and open, or if you have something to grip on to it helps.

Either laying down and doing nothing or moving my whole body. So either my brain is letting itself think
