Jayden: So…mentioned before, we’re trying to write a character in one story who is trans but kind of unaware of it or oblivious to it. She’s living in her own bubble of a world and kind of disconnected/dissociated from her body. Others around her are aware of her being trans, but she isn’t.

What's The Tea? BiFelicia319 Chapter 21 Summary: Via's visit continues, Blitzo strikes some tea gold for the shop, and things sure do happen! A couple days later, Stolas and Via were out at the zoo with Fizzie, Ozz, and a small team of security while Blitzo hung back at the house so he could take care of some business for the shop. Namely, the ongoing acquisitions of tea for the upcoming expansion. It was the perfect thing to do while everyone was out of the house. Blitzo was being as stubbornly picky about the tea expansion as possible, no differently than he'd been about testing different coffee artisans for his shop with Moxxie's guidance until he found the artisanal crafted flavors he was looking for. As if his shop would still be open if he was serving Folgers swill! And as much as he enjoyed the boxed teas Stolas had started him with? Now, after tasting the loose-leaf offerings of three different tea companies, he was becoming aware of just how short those industrial-produced boxed teas fell from what he was looking to offer in his shop. It made him smile to recall how Stolas had promised to get him "properly tea-snobbed" and he knew it would make his boyfriend light up with glee to know just how right he was. Of course, the fact that he very pointedly didn't want to just fall back on Tazo-esque stuff for this expansion already more than enough to make the smile glow on Stolas' face. Just thinking about it was enough to make Blitzo's own visage soften as, for the millionth time that day, he lapsed into daydreams, completely forgetting about the website he was looking at. He hadn't been able to keep his head about himself since the outing to the flea market and Via's oh-so-"innocent" question. Blitzo's face split into a wide grin at the memory of her asking to be their Flower Girl someday. Two days since and the thoughts had only taken deeper root, which was the entire reason he couldn't focus for shit. Blitzo had never been the type to fantasize about getting married, so why the fuck did he now have such an urge to drown himself on Pinterest?!?! He sat back in his borrowed office chair and scrubbed his hands over his face, but the visions of Stolas waiting for him at the altar would not go away. Nor would the visions of the reverse: Blitzo waiting anxiously for Stolas while he walked towards him down the aisle. Or could they traverse the aisle together instead? Blitzo nearly swallowed his tongue as a new thought hit him: What if they got married on horseback?!?! "Thank you for calling Oh, The AudaciTea! How may I help you today?" "I do!" Blitzo blurted before he could catch himself! He hadn't noticed that he'd auto-piloted to call this tea company that Loona had texted him the link to. Fuck! "That's all well and good, honey," the lady on the phone chuckled without missing a beat. "Was our Hold Muzak that good?" Blitzo cracked up without hesitation! "Hi! Sorry about that. My name is Blitze Buckzo, I own a coffeeshop called What's The Tea, and I'm interested in a sample package of your products to see if I'd like to sell them in my shop?" he finally managed when he finished chortling. "Well, Mr. Buckzo, first of all, kudos on the coffeeshop name!" she chirped with a chuckle. "As you can probably tell, we have an appreciation for good puns around here. Now, what kind of teas are you looking to sample?"

Jade: So, we’re going to talk about something difficult. We’ve talked about it before, but it kind of bears repeating that we struggle to see ourself as trans. There’s a lot of factors as to why, but one of them is that the more we interact with most trans women the more we feel ‘other’.

Tumblr user nocryptographer: I talked with someone who works in book publishing, and they mentioned they get a lot of AI slop these days. I asked how they know what's human-written, and they said that there's one thing that will reveal AI slop without error, and that's the author not knowing their own creation. A real author can talk about their story for hours. They love to elaborate every character, every twist, every detail. Because those existed in their head long before they ever made it to the paper. They were loved before they were written. AI slop wasn't. It was just vomited into existence. Someone who generates their story with AI will never bond with their story the way real writers do. That's why they may not know what to say when they're asked why did the character do this, or even remember the scene in the first place. It's something they read, not something they wrote. And to a writer, those are not the same. There's a unique bond between the creator and the creation. If your writing doesn't come of you, you'll always lack that. I keep hearing soon we won't be able to tell. And perhaps, in a superficial sense, that's true. But there is a difference. It's not em dashes or repeated words. It's whether the story was made by someone who loves it and cares about it. If the writer's eyes light up when asked why did the character do that? and they start their very own Ted Talk about that specific scene... then it's real.

(Jayden) So…we see so many people we know struggling right now and it will sound weird to say that one of the things we’re greatful for with our #DID is it’s allowed us to survive. Without our system, we’re not sure we would have gotten this far. That isn’t to say that it’s been easy.
