My name is Anthony Woodward, I’m an Australian comic artist who lives in Canada.

I love making non-fiction comics mostly ‘autofiction’ and more recently about UFOs.

I also like drawing robot junk heaps and a couple of years ago I made an all ages comic called Bored in Space.

Last month I made some dailies as a little experiment.

You have to understand them and their logic. At best have a dialogue and at worst avoid them.

I was inspired after reading a bunch of my old daily diary comics. Here’s the third day.

I love Shortbox Comics Fair. It shows me that people are into digital comics, they just need a good platform to showcase them.

I think so much of the fear of “woke” is just cranky older conservatives getting mad at ‘kids these days’.

Not to say there aren’t real problems, but the majority of things conservatives are afraid of are entirely made up/imagined.

I’ve had a vague type of writers block recently. I wasn’t overly worried about it, as I have other balls up in the air at the moment.

However, tonight I might have had a helpful insight into a possible new writing technique that shows promise.
