You should call a spade a spade, and a child rapist a child rapist. If it makes you uncomfortable, you should really ask yourself why.

I KNOW nobody is going to ask me about this particular study in the exam, BUT I find it fascinating, so I’m sharing it anyway:
Baboons fed 60% of their voluntary intake had a significant reduction in milk production. In contrast, those fed 80% of their usual intake maintained milk production.

Cardiovascular diseases are the #1 cause of death, fibre intake is inadequate nationwide, and you’re literally saying, “Let them eat steaks.”

It reminds me of “Let them eat cake”: dietary advice that’s disconnected from the country’s actual nutritional problems.

By saying “eat real food” you’re labeling enteral and parenteral nutrition formulas, which are critical when oral intake is insufficient, as “fake”. That’s why this is poor nutrition advice.

I don’t like weighing myself, maybe because of professional shame: “dietitians should look fit and like models, if possible.” I do enjoy annual DXA scans, though.

My only 2026 diet advice: calories matter and macros can be flexible, but diets with almost no vegetables? That’s where I draw the line. Veggies are already under-consumed worldwide and should be priority #1! 🥦

Many people don’t think of seasonal lattes as dessert, but they can have around 400 kcal, much of it from sugar. Personally, I’d rather save those calories for an actual dessert.
