Expanding on this potential concept.

The character works with another and shares their power. But their relationship is…complicated at best. And they don’t work in sync. That’s another reason for them to be sent off.

I got a plan in my head on how to make this work & have it make sense.

And I also don’t always read social signals correctly or at the very least when I try I get paranoid and assume everyone hates me.

But that usually doesn’t hit until halfway into the conversation / info dump. Or an hour later. Or a week.
