I want to see unedited footage of a challenge because it seems like 75% of the total challenge time is spent on the puzzle. That's way too much. Make the puzzles smaller.

Although that doesn't fix the issue of the puzzles being so big and taking so much time the physical part doesn't matter. You could have the world's slowest, weakest team but if they're good at puzzles they'll win every time.

The should make the challenges so that everyone has to complete them one at a time before you start the puzzle. If you have 3 people in your tribe, you have a huge advantage over the tribes that have 6.
