I’m not sure I’d go with “we are all moloch” as the argument I’d run with here but it is an honest statement about what has been supported and enabled up to this point

Unraveling the fabric of reality and creating massive psychic damage are two features of this technology, they aren’t bugs and that’s been clear since the beginning directly from the people funding it and building it
While reporting this, I had something happen that's never happened. A comms rep for one of the co's disputed my reporting and said what I was telling them was untrue because it was not in Grok, xAI's chatbot.

I was looking directly at the files. And this person was using AI to challenge the truth.
Epstein had many known connections to Silicon Valley CEOs, but less known was how he made money from those relationships.

We did a deep dive into how he got dealflow in Silicon Valley, giving him shots to invest in Coinbase, Palantir, SpaceX and other companies.

“This is how men behave” is a creep statement, but it’s also totally supported by the complete unwillingness of men to clean up the damage of the patriarchy in any systemic way so

🚨 New: We built a visual tracker of the warehouses ICE is targeting across the US.

Working off an idea from @actualkatherine.bsky.social, we’ve mapped active searches, canceled deals, and linked state property records.

I am a very good cook and I get a lot of enjoyment out of cooking, but the way this site treats cooking v not cooking is enough to make my PDA profile Autism ensure that I never cook a goddamn thing ever again because you people are such freaks about it sorry not sorry

Re: the files is it's not even who is in them or the volume it's about the amount of time that passed without a systemic response. People knew at the time, they knew when they prosecuted him, they knew when they slow walked everything else that they could make it permissable over time

Empowering local cops to do the same thing agents are doing allows them to retain the powers afforded by a stasi while making it less obvious to normies which is why it's a bipartisan play btw

Not that it matters at all but the entire thesis was that Bitcoin had built in scarcity value and that value should persist regardless of market volatility which would negate the need for a bailout - I'm not saying I ever agreed with this - I'm just saying that's what it says on the tin

What I like about this is that it simultaneously misunderstands why people trade gold and Bitcoin
SOME GOP LAWMAKERS PUSH TREASURY TO BUY BITCOIN Senator Cynthia Lummis has suggested Bessent buy Bitcoin using U.S. gold reserves. She told reporters last year she raised the idea with him and would support action under existing executive authority.

I feel like the newsletter conversation is exhausting because 1) no, they aren't that hard to set up but 2) how many of the people suggesting this are going to pay and not just hope someone posts a free copy of the most viral stuff somewhere? You can't have it both ways and expect people to live

We have made so many incredibly dumb things social taboos and yet rudely asking people if they have kids, when are they having kids, why don't they have kids, trying to guilt them into having kids, persists everywhere not just from weird bespectacled natalists it is honestly galling

In fairness to her Target has outlined this as their ideal customer base so she was just acting on those assumptions. Honestly surprised she wasn't blasting Taylor Swift from a speaker.

This is fundamentally shite of Google, and it's a good moment to recall that archive.org holds about 900K public-domain books originally digitised by Google, and that IA's metadata may be lousy but their search is good.
This is a good explainer of Google's latest theft of the commons. THE COMMONS: Not private property. Most of the books and documents are public domain. They could have written a few lines of code and just limited to those. They did not. The long game is to own us.
