A picture of my cat, Stormy, laying on his cat perch on his favorite window. He is five years old and has a grey coat. He is sick right now and the vets don't know what it is, but we are fighting. He has been feverish, dehydrated, lethargic, and his neutrophils are depleted. Feline HIV and Feline Leukemia tests were negative but he's still pretty unwell. We love our boy so much. He is our little lion! 🐾

Treat: Bernie is endearing in so many ways. Hubert has a very gentle side and can be tender hearted. I think her softness and her bravery (even when scared) earned his affection. I think Bernie came to see Hubert as a sort of protector, someone who actually cares about her FOR her. He accepts her.💜🖤

Trick: Definitely bedroom stuff involving Hubert taking on a more dominant role! Bernie may want to explore that side of herself and Hubert keeps treating her too delicately, therefore taking her out of the fantasy. With as advanced as Agarthan tech is, I think all they really need is a DNA sample. Probably a good bit of it, like more than just hair or skin cells, but the donor could survive easily. (Like giving blood or something)

I feel like it's clones and they're controlling the new body.

A Three Houses style portrait for a friend. He has dark hair, tan skin, brown eyes, a dark beard, and wears glasses. He is dressed in a white Officer's Academy uniform shirt and a black uniform vest with gold buttons.

I heavily relied on Claude's post time skip design for this piece, mostly for the face shape and the eye placement (two things I tend to screw up). When learning new styles, I will trace the parts that give me the most problems and freehand the rest. Then, once I've pinned down the shapes and proportions, the training wheels come off and I can draw straight from my mind from there. Anime has always given me issues because I am used to adding a super wide range of diversity in my characters' face shapes. Anime tends to tone that way down and have very similar faces for their characters, letting the hair and eyes be the distinguishing features. It's a perfectly fine stylistic choice and I'm enjoying learning about how to rein in my more extreme facial features.

Learning new styles is a process with a steep learning curve. Tracing some things until you understand how it works helps train your eyes, but it shouldn't be crutch. You should move away from it once you understand the proportions. You can still use a reference, though, and mapping/tracing poses isn't a big deal when you understand anatomy. (Comic book artists map and trace poses to save time).

Don't be afraid to trace while learning. I've learned a lot and I'm excited to really master this and see what I can do from there.

Treat: Coffee is an acquired taste for many, so I think Bernie would come to enjoy it! It also has health benefits and the coffee plant is fascinating. Hubert, however, will probably never like sweets. He may pick up other things though, like needlework! I think he'd like the detailing tbh.

Trick: I think Hubert does a lot of things "in the shadows" (like when he goes behind Edelgard's back) but in this case, I think he'd at least ask Bernie about how she thinks she'll feel when he "passes away". Based on her answer, he'd make his final decision.
