Another fine episode... And what news they break!
This episode's Scene Stealer is Miranda Richardson as the wetter-than-a-haddock’s-costume Amy Hardwood, a mysterious Northern beauty with a dark secret and an even darker hatred of squirrels.

Looking at the footage and filming of this video is always so difficult... And yet in this moment, he still has the mischief and smirk. And always full of love. #Freddie @oiqfc.bsky.social

It's fascinating. Sean Judge is seriously worth listening to.
The new episode of the Threads pod is out!

This time we hear from Sean Judge who started the Facebook group Threads Survivors.

When he he first watched the film he had months of sleepless nights and threw his VHS copy in the bin. He talks about how Threads inspired him to work with death.

Always a pleasure to hear the boys... And I've long been a fan of Mrs Miggins.
This week’s Major Star is Mrs Miggins, a welcome female addition to the sausage fest that is Blackadder The Third. Far from having a “brain the size of a sultana” she reveals herself to be a canny businesswoman with a floury finger on the pulse of the times.

We were honoured to meet the wonderful Trevor Horn this evening at the Apex Theatre. He spoke about his life the magnificent music that soundtracked the 80sz and answered @pankp007.bsky.social question at length about the brilliant Annihilation Mix by Frankie. Just a joyous evening.

So... Merch t-shirts are now invariably £40 to £45. This happened almost imperceptibly. I remember not long ago they being £25. The move through the 30s was quick and under the radar. Highly unsatisfactory.

No spoilers here, so don't worry but there's a point when POTUS says "I was listening to a podcast the other day...".
Surely there could have been only one?

@bangpodcast.bsky.social best show yet fellas! I'm biased of course being a massive goth fan! Interesting that you mentioned the Doors - I believe they were the first band to be described as goth, years before what we think of as the 1980s heyday of the movement
