I recently blocked all of my dad's family on Facebook, and honestly, it feels like such a relief that I never have to see their comments or likes on my posts, or see their posts. How they were when I saw them for my mom's Celebration of Life made me realize I don't need them in my life.

I will always appreciate the quiet moments I spend with my partner. There's no need to fill the silence, but I also feel safe enough to let my spaghetti brain do its thing and let my seemingly random thoughts come out.
It's especially nice on nights where my brain is being espectually cruel to me.
