Avoid Bikmo unless you want to be screwed out of a payout on a ridiculous technicality

A word of warning on Bikmo, despite me using a really good lock and my bike being in a secure purpose built store they refused to pay out due to a technicality around who pays for the storage - me or work.

Avoid them.

Now I have to go through the tedium of a) the financial ombudsman and b) responding to every person from now until the end of time who asks about Bikmo and/or bike insurance recommendations on Reddit or other social media.

Bikmo are still flatly refusing to pay my insurance claim after my bike was stolen because this does not fit their description of a bike store (because I don't pay a subscription for it and it's provided as part of the work building)

Absolute bunch of criminals.
